Job Description :
1. Running the function of business development, marketing and sales over the business areas that run the company.
2. Perform function analysis, mapping, various things about the company's business, both internal and external.
3. Establish and maintain strong sales relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders related to business development.
4. Create a new business development strategy and target priority
5. Develop the lead in the market
6. Support sales team
7. Observe the performance of a project that had been there
8. Analyze profit to achieve greater profits

Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing
2. Strong communicatin and leadership skills, good analytical and problem solving, good in presentation and team work
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Bahasa Melayu is an advantage).
4. Minimum Experience of 3 years in dealing with local and offshore clients required
5. Experience in sales or business development within an outsourcing or IT (B2B) environment required
Preferably 5 years of experience in sales/business development
6. Full-Time position(s) available.
