We are an exhibition booth, interior display, stage contractor company located in South Tangerang (Ciputat) , are seeking for high potential experienced person to take the position of Designer & Drafter.

Designer

• working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for, and finding out the client's personal ideas and requirements
  
• inspecting and surveying buildings
  
• negotiating fees
  
• setting schedules for the project
  
• carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible
  
• producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colours and materials
  
• developing detailed designs, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software or small-scale models
  
• choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget
  
• advising clients on progress, and providing them with samples of paints and fabrics to be used
  
• supervising the work as it is carried out
  

DRAFTER

• Study various work documents (e.g. sketches, data, specification sheets, engineering calculations)
  
• Develop plans, drawings, diagrams and models in accordance with effective specifications, norms and techniques
  
• Participate in developing specification sheets and estimating materials
  
• Coordinate current projects (workshop, design office, jobsite)
  
• Write technical documentation
  
• Participate in design meetings
  
• Basic jobsite follow-up (e.g. coordination of players, organization, checking of invoices, writing of reports)

• Preferably living around South Tangerang such as : Bintaro, Ciputat, Serpong
  

Specific Requirement :

Designer :

• Male or Female
  
• A minimum experience of 2 years in similar position
  
• A recognized degree (D3/S1) in interior design is preferred
  
• Posses good computer knowledge and skills of CAD, 3D max,photoshop.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft words,excel & power point.
  
• Strong concept development and design detailing ability
  
• Able to draw quick sketch & perspective
  
• Knowledge on materials & color scheme specifications
  
• Involvement in presentations & managing client’s expectations
  
• creativity and imagination
  
• an eye for design, including colour, and good 3D awareness
  
• the ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
  
• good drawing and IT skills
  
• good organizational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget
  
• awareness of technical building issues, and the range of relevant products and materials
  
• strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• confidence with figures
  

Drafter :

• Male or Female.
  
• Single
  
• A minimum experience of 2 years in similar position
  
• A recognized degree (D3/S1) is preferred
  
• Posses good computer knowledge and skills of CAD, 3D max, photoshop,
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft words,excel & power point.
  
• Having good knowledge for technical & electrical interior drawing
  
• Familiarity with use of measuring tools (laser meters, rulers, levels)
  
• Knowledge of computer-assisted design (CAD) and its features: database searches, proficiency in the use of calculation, simulation, and graphic design software.
