REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree with min. GPA of 3.00 from reputable University
• Has marketing or communication background
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Passionate in meeting and communicate with people
• Internet literate
• High-creativity, self-motivated, and fast-learner
• Put a large concern to details

CUSTOMER SUPPORT :
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling transaction process with payment system
• Reply email from customer
• Reply message in customer support and administrator
• Calling customer for payment confirmation
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree with min. GPA of 3.00 from reputable University
• At Least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good in English
• Good skill in communication
• Able to take initiative and work independently or in a team
• Able to work under pressure and team work

Social Media OFFICER :
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and develop informative and creative write-ups
• Engage consumers through social media marketing communications on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services
• Assist in marketing research materials
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum D3 degree in any majors, preferably in public relation, advertising, communication, or journalism
• Internet savvy, very active involvement in various social media, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Kaskus, and or other online blogs and communities
• Good writing skills
• Excellent in both English and Bahasa
• Creative, fast learner, time-managed
• Good communication skill, oral and literally



MEDIA RELATION OFFICER :
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain public/media relation
• Designing marketing strategy
• Gather feedback from public and media
• Handling Berrypay.com/ Berryoutlet.com campaign event, promo, etc
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree with min. GPA of 3.00 from reputable University, in any majors, preferably in public relation, advertising, communication, or journalism
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Passionate in meeting and communicate with people
• Internet/digital media literate, has a lot connection with media is a plus
• High-creativity, self-motivated, and fast-learner
