General Requirement :

1. STM/ D3.
   
2. For STM math score s of at least 8
   
3. Capable of drawing techniques
   
4. Able to operate at least one of Auto CAD, Solid Work, Master CAM or Unigraphix

Qualification:

1. Male/Female, max. 35 years old,
   
2. Min. S1 from any educational background,
   
3. Fresh graduate / having 1 years experience as an analyst,
   
4. Able to speak English, active and passive,
   
5. Strong in analysis, conceptual thinking, and able to write the concept,
   
6. Well organized, outgoing personality, energetic, creative, initiative and active in seeking information, able to work under pressure.

Qualification:

• Min. 2 years experience in sales and marketing,
  
• Must have driving license (SIM A),
  
• Able to speak English, active or passive,
  
• Self motivated, energetic, honest, result and customer oriented, creative and initiative, fast learning, excellent interpersonal communication skills, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
  

PURCHASING STAFF
Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
   
2. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to warehouse on schedule.
   
3. Coordinate with other departments’ users and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work to meet the criteria and standards required.
   
4. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
   
5. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability/analyze potential suppliers. Perform an annual review of existing suppliers in terms of cost, quality, delivery and other pertinent factors.
   
6. Maintain records of goods ordered and received; maintain purchasing division performance data, procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.
   
7. Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source or trouble and take corrective action.
   

Requirements:

1. Male , Age max 30 years old
   
2. Bachelor degree in any major (min diploma)
   
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
   
4. Having negotiation skill, self motivated and proactive
   
5. Computer Literate especially for Ms. Office
