12. Brasserie Less Saveurs Brasserie Les Saveurs offers a pampering Sunday Brunch known as The St. Regis Champagne Brunch. While enjoying the tantalizing spread of antipasto, cold cuts and seafood, chefs also serve freshly prepared bite-sized portions of restaurant signatures that are passed around. In addition to the buffet, one hot main course can also be ordered and served a la minute per pax.
Out of all the seafood buffets I’ve had, Brasserie Les Saveurs is the only place I’ve seen with huge, fresh Sri Lankan Crabs and that was a major plus for me as a crab and seafood lover. A live foie gras station is another attraction for French cuisine aficionados.
Champagne of choice: “R” de Ruinart
