• SAP Analyst (FI CO Module)
  

Responsibilities:

The SAP Analyst is primarily responsible to provide consultancy services and conduct system implementation of SAP projects as assigned.

Job Description:

Participate in SAP implementation and rollout/ upgrade project
Assist in the development of solutions, effort estimates and project execution plan
Identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation
Configure, test and deploy solutions based on business blueprints
Assist in development of internal and external presentations, client reports and proposals
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy major
Candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred (Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply)
Fast learner, able to work independently under minimum supervision & deliver effectively as a team
Has strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Understand business process in plantation area is preferred
Able to think creatively and solve complex technical problems
Able to work in multi-national team under pressure and within tight deadline
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills, ability to communication effectively with people from all levels and culture
Pleasant disposition, meticulous, independent, able to work within team and willing to work after hours when need arises
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Account Manager
  

Job Description

Responsible for direct sale of enterprise wide SAP solutions.
Responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing product information and coordinating customer demonstrations and proposal development.
Carries an annual sales quota with quarterly revenue objectives
Managing the complete SAP sales process including :
Vigorously prospecting
Understanding market space and growth challenges
Presenting SAP solutions to all levels of prospect organization
Drive Pre-Sales activities to close leads
Leading business term and contract negotiations
Closing large and complex relationships – including royalties, services & maintenance
Build and manages strong pipelin
Requirements
Bachelors degree any field
Excellent communication skills, strategic selling and presentation skills
Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience
Able to work independently & effectively as a team.
Able to think creatively and work under pressured
Pleasant disposition, meticulous, independent, able to work within team and willing to work after hours when need arises.
Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
