ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (POSITION CODE: AE)
Account Executive serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for sales and client satisfaction. The AE is expected to seek potential clients and open new business channels, consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AE will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Specific Qualification:
1. Male/Female, max 30 years old.
2. Possess a diploma/bachelor degree on Business Administration/ Management/ Statistics/ Communication/ Advertising.
3. Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
4. Minimum 1 (one) year of experience on Account Management or Sales Department in all industry.
5. Excellent presentation ability, both in Bahasa or English.
6. Excellent communication, lobbying and negotiation skill.
7. Exceptionally attractive, strong self confidence and highly motivated.
8. Detail oriented and have technical competence.
9. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
10. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
11. Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.


FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPER (POSITION CODE: FWD)
You will be responsible for design and implementation of secure, scalable and fault-tolerant website/web-app architecture that will serve as the underpinning for a new generation of products and services. You will be working with designers, front-end developers and project management staff to capture requirements for the functional elements of website projects. You will be responsible to ensure that all work carried out complies with standards and guidelines, and to test and validate work produced as part of the development process. Furthermore, you will have to ensure that all work carried out is well-documented, and that the documentation is accessible to relevant parties.
Specific Qualification:
1. Male/Female max. 30 years old.
2. Possess a diploma/bachelor degree on Informatics/Computer Engineering.
3. Minimum 1 (one) year of experience on programming/development in Web Development Agency/Company.
4. Proficient on PHP scripting (with and without framework), relational database (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or noSQL Database, and Linux Server Administration.
5. Have experience and expertise on HTML 5 and JavaScript application development.
6. Have experience and expertise on at least one mobile development platform (iOS or Android).
7. Familiar with API-based development, oAuth procedure, and cloud computing service (such as AWS, Heroku, etc).
8. Exceptionally geek and highly motivated.
