Urgently Required - Office Coordinator PT Shia Bersaudara
Job Desc :
Due to rapid expansion in our operations, we are looking for an 
experienced and dynamic individual as Office Coordinator with details as follow

Responsibilities Include :
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Assisting with clerical/bookkeeping duties and preparing daily bank deposits
• Maintaining office records, including records of all office expenses
• Stocking and distributing office supplies
• Making photocopies, sending faxes, shredding documents
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Assisting with staff onboarding process that include recruitment process
• Coordinating the purchase and maintenance of office equipment
• Maintaining general office tidiness
• Managing and maintaining office technology
• Providing basic IT support to staff, including serving as a liaison to IT contractor
• Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements :
Female not more than 30 year old
Academic degree from reputable university with any disclipne
Have experinces in general affair management with minimum 2 years working experience
Able to work independently as well as working in a team with good interpersonal, communication skills
Computer literacy level is high which means you must be able to work with word processing,spreadsheet, and presetantion software
Preferably good written communication skills (English and Bahasa)
