The rule is simple,
you have to write two rhyming sentences.
the first sentence is the statement or the answer.
the second sentence is your question.
but remember you the last word of each sentence must have same or similar pronounciation.

examples:

Hi there you, girl in blue.
How if I suddenly to fall in love with you?

Don't waste your time, guy in red.
The last one who did it ended up dead.
