1. SOFTWARE ENGINEER - OFFSHORE DEPLOYMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be trained in the Kana Developer Kit and will be expected to become proficient in the use of the product.
You will be responsible for the development and testing of application code written mainly but not exclusively in the Kana Developer Kit. From time to time it may be necessary to use other programming languages such as Java,JavaScript or HTML
Application development and support
Drive continuous process and systems improvement
You will participate in application design and business requirements gathering sessions where required often involving the analysis group and customer
Take part in the system configuration management and release management to productionsystems including performance management and software profiling
Understand business requirements behind what you are being asked to do and remain mindful of these at all times
You will need to be ready for global deployment
QUALIFICATIONS
Are educated to a computer science or software engineering degree level
Are excited by the possibility of travel all over the world for extended period of time.
Have knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, like Java and .NET.
Are an outstanding communicator, with strong English speaking and written abilities.
Get bonus points if you have working knowledge of SQL, JSP/JavaScript and J2EE application server.
A point PLUS if you understand written/oral Mandarin/Chinese

2. JAVA DEVELOPERS
JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
Are educated to a computer science or software engineering degree level with a GPA of 3.00 or more.
Are excited by the possibility to join multinational company with diversed culture
English literate, both oral and written is a HUGE plus
Have knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, especially JAVA (J2EE, J2SE)

3. .NET DEVELOPER

As a .NET Developer in our Jakarta R&D development centre, you will be part of our Engineering staff, developing enterprise grade products. This will involve you in all aspects of the development life cycle, especially design and coding. It also includes working with our other R&D centres in Silicon Valley, Boston, Belfast, Northern Ireland and Glasgow, Scotland and may entail travel to these locations.

4. Senior Application Support Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Criteria:

To be considered for this role you will need:

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or an equivalent third level qualification in another technical field or similar relevant industry experience.
3+ years of experience in Application Support
2+ years of enterprise Java development.
1+ years of experience in working with MS SQL Server and Oracle database.
1+ years of experience in working with Linux, Unix and Windows Server 2008
Good communication skills (English & Indonesia)


Desirable Criteria:

In addition it would be advantageous if you have one or more of the following:

Experience of leading and mentoring other developers.
Experience of full software life cycle.
Extensive knowledge & practical experience of HTML, CSS & Javascript.
Experience of using SVN (for source control, branching & merging and build automation).
Experience in doing remote support
Knowledge of performance analysis and tuning of web applications
Familiarity or experience working with Software Testing Automation tools, such as Selenium.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Define Testing Plan (including Test Scenario and Test Case) to ensure all of Software Requirements are fulfilled (Test Analyst)
Performing all of applicable testing types (user interface testing, functionality testing, performance testing, regression testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc.)
Performing Defect Management
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum S1 degree preferably from IT Engineering or related technical discipline
Preferred candidate with age between 22 to 30 years old
Creative, accurate, fast learner, independent and team worker
Willing to work under pressure
Good understanding in Software Testing Methodologies
Good written and communication skills in English is a must
Experience in using bug tracking/issue management system (JIRA/Bugzilla)
Very desirable to have experience in JAVA and SQL
