Hi guys, let me introduce myself first
I'm Teo, a student from Jakarta Islamic State University, and one of a member of language club in this university. My team and I want to make a small gathering with other english club over university spread around Java that should be done in the next month. But we have no experience in conducting such events.

Fyi, we have contact other english club from ISTB, UMB, and UMJ. Those campus are located around South Jakarta. There will be less than 15 people gather (include us)

Our main purpose is to know what programs they do in their english club, but it's rude to straight asking on the purpose and will be boring later if we don't have other agenda.

Then, I drop here to ask you guys in where we got the place to gather and what event we will care for to make this event lively. We will appreciate your suggestion
