Merchant Relations Officer - Marketing Affiliation
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate deals with new or current merchant for Products & Services including Mobile eTicket system with special price
- Ability to develop the new range of products, services and deals to promote with strong confidence in online market
- Continual communication with new or current merchants to generate revenue / profit
- Know Online / Offline channels to market our product or services
- Handle complaints on merchants and provide the necessary solutions, in coordination with Customer Service
- Ensure Product’s visibility at assigned merchant or outlets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): English
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Merchant Acquisition or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuningan - Kota kasablanka.
