Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as SAP Project Manager.
  
• At least 5 years of experience as SAP Consultant.
  
• Have strong knowledge in one of these SAP ERP (SD / MM / FICO / PP / LE / Treasury, etc) and SAP BW (or BO or HANA) as well.
  
• Have sound knowledge in new dimension and EPM (SCM / CRM / SRM / PLM / BPC, etc.) is a BIG PLUS.
  
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  
• Able to join immediately or max 1 month notice.

Requirements:

• Min Bsc (S1) in either IS&T related or Accounting degrees required, an MBA or Master degree holder would be preferred.
  
• Minimum 15 years experiences with at least 7 years in implementing and supporting SAP R/3 enterprise software.
  
• Good exposure and experiences in enterprise project management software such as Primavera Unifier would be an advantage.
  
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Good communication and project management skills
  
• Good knowledge of Accounting and business processes, especially in property industry would be a strong advantage.
  
• Good working knowledge in IS&T & communications technologies, including (but not limited to) Windows and other major server operating systems, LAN/WAN, databases, emails and VOIP.
  
• Good working knowledge in IS&T security and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
  
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
  

Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IS&T functions, which includes:

• Directing all IS&T operations to meet organization and customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions (together with group IS&T functions). This is a working manager’s position.
  
• Oversee implementation of IS&T projects in alignment with organizational goals and direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes.
  
• Identify and propose new information systems and technologies to improve business processes and decision making.
  
• Work with the Group CIO and IS&T steering committee to establish the strategic direction of the Company's information systems as well as executing the strategy.
  
• Ensure compliance to guidelines, controls, policies and procedures of company.
