JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Open and date stamp all general corespondence
Maintain the general filing system and file all corespondence.
Assist in the plannig and preparation of trainings.
Provide word-processing and administration support.
Requirements

Female
Maximum age 25 years old
Diploma Degree from any major
Having at least 1 year working experience as a Receptionist (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Have a good communication skills, confident and humble
Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
Proficient in english is a must
Prefer live in Jakarta
