JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, control, integrate and manage the overall project
- Manage building projects and A&A projects
- Lead and manage a project team including consultants and contractors, from inception to completion of projects
- Manage and co-ordinate pre-consultations and approvals with regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with the local law and regulations
- Ability to demonstrate and implement cost savings measure
- Ensure time, cost and quality targets are fully met

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Building/Construction Management/Civil and Structural Engineering/related qualification with minimum 5 years of related experience
- Willing to be station overseas for indefinite period depending on the project
- Candidates must posses excellent English language skills and prior multi-cultural experience with an ability to coach local Nationals lacking international exposure
- Prior international construction project management experience will be preferred
- Able to establish and maintain good working relationship with co-workers, managers and clients
- Relevant experience in Indonesia preferred
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
