Shift Supervisors

Minimum Requirements:
• High School or Diploma in relevant field
• 20+ years experience, 12-16 years as plant operator in refinery or petrochemical field & 2+
years as Shift Super visor
• Teambuilding and supervisory skills
• Ability to handle process plant safety & related safety management and must have strong
coordination skills

Field Operators

Minimum Requirements:
• High School or Diploma in relevant field
• 4+ years experience as opera tor in a Petrochemical Plant.
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Writing)
• Basic maintenance skills related to field operation & Ability to operate refinery &
petrochemical plant equipment & systems
• Good judgment and fast response
• Knowledge of light equipment maintenance

Console Operators

Minimum Requirements:
• High School or Diploma in relevant field
• 8+ years experience as operator in a Petrochemical Plant with 2+ years as console operator
experience
• Excellent English skills (Verbal and Writing)
• Ability to Operate Distributed Controls System & Advanced maintenance skills related to field
and DCS operation
• Ability to ensure & adjust efficient process opera tions by monitoring operating conditions
• Excellent judgment and fast response to situa tions
• Record keeping and loggin
