We are looking for professional candidates for these position:

Accounting
Job Descriptions :
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Prepare financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
• Monitor, support and understand taxation issues
• Develop and maintain financial data bases
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
• Interface with government



Proposal Writer
Job Descriptions :
• Responsible for end-to-end proposal development, writing, editing, and compliance of competitive proposal responses for government, corporate and scientific and technical solicitations.
• Responsible for structuring and reviewing the complete proposal submission to ensure compliance with RFP instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Execute the entire proposal process, to include identification and coordination of participants in proposal development; structured reviews; recruitment; and partner coordination.
• Write and edit past performance, management, technical and corporate capabilities sections in totality or in part in support of timely response to solicitations; requests for information, sources sought, unsolicited proposals, order responses.
• Interview blueVisions subject matter experts to develop content, methodology, and approaches consistent and compliant with solicitation guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments including Accounting, HR and Contracts to ensure all solicitation material is presented accurately, consistently, and in compliance with solicitation instructions.

Job Requirements :
• At least 3 years experience functioning as senior proposal writer with similar responsibilities.
• Demonstrated past performance experience working for small to mid-size contracting firm submitting competitive government and corporate proposals for diverse industries.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of government and corporate RFP/RFQ evaluation criteria.
• Ability to prioritize workload, adapt to changing conditions and priorities and handle multiple concurrent proposal efforts.
• Ability to interpret governmental solicitation requirements in order to develop compliant, complete, and winning proposal response.
• Demonstrated experience executing structured proposal management process, e.g., Shipley or other framework.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Project, Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
• Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening) and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals.



Social Media Strategist
Requirement
• As a Social Media Strategist, you will need a solid understanding of paid, earned, and owned media integration as it relates to Social Media programs.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and analytics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 3 years minimum experience strategizing for Social Media
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Bachelor's Degree

Job Description

• Work with the marketing team and subject matter experts to develop content as necessary for implementation of the social media strategy.
• Using appropriate listening tools and technology, monitor trends in the markets we serve and appropriately apply that knowledge to our social media tactics.
• Measure and report on key social media performance indicators.
• Propose new and alternative ways to leverage social media.
• Educate others across the company regarding social media strategies and tactics.



SEO & Research Specialist
Requirement
• Strong understanding and experienced with SEO tactics, strategies and tools
• Experience and skill in driving and building website traffic
• Experience in working with website content management systems
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash knowledge with web design and development experience a significant plus
• Strong understanding and experience with website analytics
• Strong understanding and experience with PPC and other web marketing campaigns
• Ideal candidate would have college degree and at least three (3) years direct experience in a similar role.

Creative Designer
Requirement
• Proficient with HTML and CSS
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient with graphics, layout, and illustrative design
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5
• Familiarity with cross-browser/cross-platform issues and 508 Web standards
• Familiarity with use of FTP sites to manage files
• Knowledge of current and emerging web trends and technologies
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
• Ability to manage time to meet multiple project deadlines
Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating skills in web development and graphic design

Senior Account Manager
Requirement
As an Account Executive, you must be highly motivated with a strong and versatile consultative approach to selling, with strong active-listening skills. You must also have solid analytical and problem-solving skills as well as keen attention to detail. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be developing relationships with decision makers at a wide variety of different companies.

Job Description
• 3 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a complex and challenging sales environment
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Ability to sell in a team environment
• Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
