Hi, excuse me, just wondering about this mess on Facebook.

If you add someone on FB, then your activity about adding someone will appear on your friend's wall, that so annoying. So how to make it hidden or to disable that on my friend's wall?

For example: I just added Anne as my friend. But suddenly Gill knew if I just added her. And I asked him how? And he said if there was a notification on his wall which told if I and Anne just be a friend on Facebook. That's so fvcking ridiculous. I want to disable or remove that thing up, but I don't know how.
