Responsibilities:

• Preparing the material for the interview, do the interview, and make interview report.
  
• Conducting job analysis, compose work load analysis, job grading and job layering analysis.
  

Requirements:

• Male / Female.
  
• Student in Last Semester (Min 7th Grade) or fresh graduates majoring Psychology with GPA min 3,00.
  
• Proficient in Excel & MS. Office.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high analytical skill, fast learner, discipline & honest.
  
• Able to work independently and in a team with good time management, attention to details and under pressure.
  
• Full-Time internship position are available for 2-3 months.
  
• Willing to be located in Tangerang
