1. Education minimal diploma-3
2. Very good English speaking, reading, writing, listening
3. Advance knowledge and skill on Excel and Open Office (data filter, pivot / power pivot, countif, v / hlookup, etc)
4. Good logical thinking, can determine root cause of IT problem
5. Able to read business process and transform it into application
6. Experience on managing network connection (wired and wireless)
7. Very good skill in Mikrotik (firewall, queue tree, simple queue, port forwarding, dhcp, vpn, etc)
8. Experience on managing Linux and Windows Server (ubuntu, windows 2008)
9. Advance knowledge on Windows OS and its application
10. Experience req (minimum) : 4 years in IT Support, 1 year as system & network administrator, 2 years as implementor / application support.
11. Age between 23 - 30
