Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities
- Managing marketing & sales strategies, planning and sales campaign for all CTS services, Lab, audit and inspection
- Researching and developing new market opportunities and new business in line with CTS business strategies
- Managing sales growth to meet or exceed the target
- Managing CTS sales team ensuring highest sales performance in reaching the targets and sales KPIs

Reporting to:
• CTS Business Manager

Specific responsibilities:
- Managing marketing & sales strategies, planning and sales campaign for all CTS services, Lab, audit and inspection
- Researching and developing new market opportunities and new business in line with CTS business strategies
- Managing sales growth to meet or exceed the target
- Managing CTS sales team ensuring highest sales performance in reaching the targets and sales KPIs
- Reviewing sales report and prepare summary of sales activities on sales progress, new sales, new business, opportunities, competitors and market trends
- Proposing business plan and strategies to Business Manager for launching new services
- Updating competitor information and propose sales activities to win business
- Coaching sales executives to have effective sales skills and knowledge
- Closely monitoring market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Coordinating with sales team of other businesses and branches to develop cross business sales that we can offer Total Solutions to our key customers

Requirements:
Profile :
- Bachelor degree of business management or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in sales, marketing, business development – preferably from analytical lab business
