Info tambahan utk beberapa posisi berikut disalah satu perusahaan dijakarta yg akan mulai running di awal januari 2013. Dengan posisi:
1. training catalogue
Syaratnya:
1. Strong knowledge in organization management, competency and training, preferable in oil and gas industry.
2. Have an experience or strong knowledge in business process, preferable in oil and gas industry.
3. Be familiar with system analysis.
4. Have an experience in training catalogue project (preferable in oil and gas industry).
5. Have an ability to communicate diligently in English, both spoken and written.
6. Able to demonstrate training catalog definition methodology and approach.
Gambaran Jobdesknya:
- To define mandatory and optional training subject for all Company departments in the organization and competency mapping.
- To define training category, sub-category and other level of training grouping that will be used for Human Resources (“HR”) reporting purpose.
- To develop and standardize training template for field data purpose.
- Define training category, sub category and other required level of training catalogue.
- Map to competency of all positions in the organization.
- Define required training subject.
- Provide training catalogue in electronic data format with a standard template provided by Company.
- Define instruction for training catalogue registration with respect to data format / template, naming convention and document registering.
2. Data Maintenance
Syaratnya:
1. Have an experience in data entry or data analysis project.
2. Be familiar with data management tools such as excel, access and etc.
Jobdesk:
- To collect and convert HR related data such as employee training data, educational background, personal data and etc into standard electronic format and template, and ready for uploading into System, Application and Product (“SAP”) system.
- To provide manpower for collecting and migrating data into standard electronic format and template. This includes employee data, training data, educational background data and any other HR related data. The manpower will be working on time and material basis.
