permisi gan saya mau tanya2 nih, saya memiliki akun ebay yg sudah aktif setahun, kemarin2 membeli barang di amerika lancar semua tidak ada kendala sampai barang diterima dengan baik, akan tetapi transaksi kemarin ini saya ada kendala, barang termasuk shipping & import charge sudah saya bayar semua lalu seller melakukan pembatalan sepihak dikarenakan barang yang saya pesan tidak mencukupi, uang saya sama seller di refund dengan selamat, tetapi permasalahannya uang shipping & import charge nya koq masih tidak ter refund yah, mungkin bisa membantu solusinya bagaimana status uang shipping & import charge saya supaya bisa kembali? terima kasih mungkin ada yg bisa membantu saya sebelumnya
