Cara Mengendalikan Stress 😂
Gimana sih cara kalian mengendalikan stres?

Dikala kerjaan kantor lg banyak2 nya rumah kayak hotel yg cm jd tempat istirahat sejenak pulang larut malam pergi pagi2 buta..

Dan masalah lainnya tiada henti datang terus menerus..Masalah keuangan lagi ga stabil banget..

Pusing streees smuanya jadi satu di kepala yg sewaktu2 bikin pengen meledaaak...

1. Relaksasi. Cara nya bisa dengan mengatur pernafasan.

2. Matikan hp sepulang kerja, biar engga terganggu dengan urusan pekerjaan meskipun sudah dirumah. Kurangi penggunaan hp semaksimal mungkin.

3. Do something fun or anything can make you laugh. Watch a comedy show or eat a good food. A good pizza is always my go to for a mood booster add that with a good stand up comedy. Do anything that increase your serotonin in the blood, therefore hormon stress (cortiso) decreases.

If you really need a quick fix. Drink anythin sweet. Coca cola or Pepsi. Sugar will save you from stress for a while, but don't get addicted. Sugar can causes weight gain.

4. Orgasm. A proper one. You surely need it.
