If I may suggest, you can start by watching US TV Series, preferably Sit Coms. They use simple day-to-day English. And most of them don't talk so fast. (except for the big bang theory, they use many scientific words). Probably like How I met you mother, Friends, Modern Family, etc. Keep practisin
