The html would help I think. I would like to have a website which is more ' built from scratch ' rather than template. I may have to accept something like a template site, as some have shown me in pm, because maybe I can't find what I'm after. The site, whether it's a forum or blog or whatever,

yes, the job is still available. I have been busy and forgetful, I am sorry I take a long time to reply. My computer is old and kaskus doesn't seem to show me how to get to my private messages, I had trouble logging in too. I use an old browser. Old is better I think, I have international credit on
The website(s) will only use free and opensource software, no commercial software. Can't rely on commercial software, when their business fails, it destroy your work too.
This would be an easy job for someone who has set up a website, or even a beginner. I don't have the energy, buy can easily pay someone. If anyone knows other places I can advertise effectively, please PM me.
