FUTURE MUSIC FESTIVAL ASIA 2014 ENTRY CONDITIONS

1. Entry to Future Music Festival Asia 2014 (FMFA 2014) is restricted to people over the age of 18 only. You will be required to present one acceptable proof of age picture ID to enter the Event and Venue (I.C, passport, drivers license)

2. The Organizers of FMFA 2014 practices a zero-tolerence drug and illicit substances policy. Any person or persons found to be in possession of illicit drugs will be handed over to the police for prosecution. We advise our festival goers to party safe and responsibly at FMFA 2014 in Mines Wonderland. There will be heavy police and security presence both within the festival grounds and local area. You are advised that Malaysia practices capital punishment for serious drug related offences.

3. A high-visibility police operation will be in place at FMFA 2014, targeting anti-social behaviour, alcohol-related crime, and illegal drug use and supply. CCTV coverage will also be used to enhance the safety of people attending the festival.

4. You are responsible for your own belongings. The Organizers highly advises you to always ensure the safety of your own personal items. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damaged property.

5. Items that are strictly prohibited to be brought into the FMFA 2014 festival grounds are listed below. Any prohibited items confiscated will be destroyed:
- Food & beverages
- Illegal substances and drugs
- Animals or pets
- Weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, glass
- Any form of temporary seating or shelter
- Umbrellas
- Large backpacks and containers
Professional audio, video, or photography equipment, including but not limited to DSLR cameras

6. By entering the Event and Venue, you consent to:
- the recording of your likeness and/or voice by any means (including but not limited to audio and visual recordings by television cameras and photographers)
- the commercial exploitation, throughout the world, of your images by any means by the Organizers and its commercial partners without compensation
- be searched (including your person, bags, clothes or other possessions) by means of a physical search on entry and while in the Venue;

7. The organizers of FMFA 2014 reserves the right to deny entry, remove and eject fans who behave in an unruly or violent manner at the festival grounds.

8. Entry to FMFA 2014 is also subjected to the full Future Music Festival Asia 2014 Ticket Purchase and Entry terms & conditions issued here. By entering the festival grounds you agree to have read, understood and agreed to the full terms and conditions of Future Music Festival Asia 2014.
