A Haunting in Venice is about to become the newest Agatha Christie-based mystery film, directed by Kenneth Branagh, who will also be starring as the detective Hercule Poirot.

The film was confirmed on October 10, 2022 as an adaptation of Hallowe'en Party entitled A Haunting in Venice. Brannagh will once again direct and star as Poirot. The film will also star Tina Fey, Jamie Dornan, Michelle Yeoh, Kyle Allen, Camille Cottin, and Jude Hill, among others.
