How Changing the Metz Weight Loss Diet Plan Will Affects Me
There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the new internet reality show, Chrissy Metz Weight Loss. This new program is actually filming for a later date and is expected to launch sometime in the fall of 2021. It will follow the same formula that the original Metz diet did, but the show itself will be much more drastic. For those familiar with the program, it will be a lot like a weight loss camp where they will do much of the work for you, and all you have to do is follow their advice and enjoy the benefits. So, how exactly does this new program differ from the old?
For starters, the main difference between the old and new version of the Metz weight loss program is that the first one didn't use the traditional exercise plan that most diet plans do. The Metz plan instead relies on support from a dieting partner, so that you can lose weight without having to do the physical work. Also, unlike the old program, the new one doesn't have a celebrity endorsement or celebrity chef involvement. This is actually in my opinion a good thing, because without the extra publicity the Metz diet plan would not get nearly the attention that it has gotten since it launched.
The reason I love the Metz diet plan so much is that it offers me a chance to eat better while still losing weight. By eating better I mean that I get to eat foods that are healthier for me, and that I usually don't eat as much of. In addition to that, since the plan is so drastic in comparison to traditional diet plans, it forces me to spend at least 20 minutes a day exercising, which is the maximum amount of time I can exercise for without hurting myself. All in all, this new program has really surprised me, and I am very excited to see where this goes.
