Operation Executive - Order Fulfillment Specialist
Job Scope:
Order processing specialist in charge to perform order fulfilment and provide shipment tracking information to customer. When consumers make purchases, they will enter the order details into a computerized system and assist in ensuring the items are dispatched properly.
Daily responsibility:
1. Prepare order list to team member to key in product/carrier information in fulfilment centre online system.
2. Check through all order information, eg, recipient information, product options, product quantity and then perform submission to dispatch the orders online.
3. Strictly stick to fulfilment centre time line for daily order submission.
4. Bulk downloading tracking number on daily bases and mass fulfill into online platform to trigger email notification to inform customers about shipping status.
5. Good communication with the other team members, able to keep eyes on details. As this role require a lot of reconciliation, we required someone that pay attention to detail and meticulous.

What you need to have before applying for this position?
1. Good and Fast Internet connection.

4. Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Excel (Formula, Filtering, Formatting, etc) and familiar with Google Sheet application.
