Introductions first:
I'm Gerardo, an English Instructor, Consultant and therapist, and I'm currently doing some research about Foreign Language Anxiety, specifically for speaking English as a Second Language here in Indonesia (off of Jakarta), and I'm looking for people who somehow ail from this problem, whatever the degree to which the person suffers from it.

So here's the basic scenario of characteristics of people I'm looking to ask questions to:

You understand English well, or fairly well at least when you listen or read it, but become frozen and afraid when it's time to speak it, whether in real situations with real English speakers, or in classroom situations, and anything in between, for any or all of the following reasons:

- You're afraid of making mistakes (wrong verb, wrong pronunciation, thick accent, searching for a word or a structure in your head too long and looking silly in front of your interlocutor), which probably is due to the second reason...
- You have been shamed, mocked or laughed at when attempting to speak in the past.

Or maybe it's something more character/personality and belief-based, for example:
- You believe that your accent must be native-like and perfect before you even dare speak a word of English
- You learn English at a slow pace, maybe the fear keeps you stuck somehow, and this makes you feel like "I should've had it by now, after X numbers of years studying it."
- (related to the above reason) You are of the idea that "some people just have more talent for language than others, and that's just not me".
