we looking for Customer Solutions Specialist
This position is responsible to :
- To manage and support deployment of internal applications to customers and to increase usage levels in line with regional and country objectives in order to achieve internal operational efficiency and position TNT as a provider of fast, reliable and innovative. To Support customer in using customer technology interface (ie: web based, mobile apps, etc)
- acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals.
- to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied.
- Identifies and investigates anomalies, issues or variance to be addressed.
- Ensures on-going compliance with defined Company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements.
- May include review of policies or standards to ensure compliance or design of new policies/ standards if appropriate.
- to ensure standards are maintained in relation to performance and/or compliance.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, TI, System Information.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good verbal and writing communication skill, good proficency in web based technology, customer oriented,Good reporting skills, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Judgement & Decision Making Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Interpersonal Skills
- Good verbal and written English skills
