We need a Sales Admin with the following criteria:
Job Description:
- Responsible for In-Building Sales
- Handling any administration of project and tender document such as: sales job order for design, engineering, estimator and vendor submission to client
- Updating and filling document such as: client database, list of Account Receivable (AR) Base on all contract list
- Updating List Project, Project Progress and Contract Fulfillment
- Maintain time sheet for project schedule
- Generate and Follow up Quotation, PO, DO, and Invoice to client
- Handling and follow up customer feedback and complain report
Understand:
- Product Knowledge.
- Project sequence and stages.
- Project management standards.
- Project scheduling.
Skill :
- Computer, Familiar in Microsoft Office (minimal Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point and Internet)
- Communication using Email and Smartphone (Android).
- Communication in verbal and writing on English.
- Able to handle customers complain, customer request by urgent matrix.
- Good Communication Skill and Management Skill
Requirements :
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimal D3 in any major
- Experienced as a Sales Admin in Contractor or equivalent min 3 years
- Detail Oriented
- Good Integrity and Responsibility
- Nimble and Initiatives
- Attractive
Location : Narogong - Bekasi
Salary : IDR 4 mio / month
