General Requirements:
1. Willing to work in remote area (Nusa Lembongan)
2. Experience in similar position is a must.
3. Passionate about Food, Beverage, and the hospitality industry
4. Dynamic, innovative, and passionate about training
5. Excellent English both spoken and written
6. Familiar with budgeting and costing
7. Computer literate
8. Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
9. Team player with excellent communication skills
10. High service standards
11. Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
12. Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
13. Flexible and Adaptable
