Technical Support Engineer

Our company offers advanced automation systems based on PC-based control technology. The product range covers primarily Industrial PC, Fieldbus Components, Drive Technology and Automation Software. Components and system solutions from our company are used in a wide range of sectors and applications worldwide.

Our central divisions such as development, production, administration, distribution, marketing, support and service, are located at the our headquarters in Germany. Our company represented by 11 branches located across Germany, 33 subsidiaries worldwide with presence in almost 70 countries on the international market.

We are growing our operations in Indonesia. For this expansion, we are looking for technical engineers who share our vision and are eager to take up new challenges in his/her career.

Responsibilities
• Technical support activities for the complete spectrum of automation products such as Industrial PC, Fieldbus components, PC/NC automation software, Drives Technology and complete PC-based automation solutions
• Programming support for our customers’ applications in IEC 61131-3 and high-level languages (C#, C++, .NET, VB) on a PC platform under Windows
• Conduct product familiarization and training

Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field
• Preferably 3 or more years of working experience in related field
• Programming experience in IEC 61131-3 and good high-level language skills
• Good knowledge of automation technology, fieldbus systems and PC technology
• Proactive, self-starter and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Requires frequent travelling within Indonesia
