e. Contact center for min. 1 year as Supervisor

Working Content Details :
a. Managing the operational team (team leader and agent)
b. Monitoring Quality and Quantity (Workforce Management Process)
c. Analyzing the daily activity of operation to increase and maintain their performance operational services
d. Reporting of Quality, Productivity and Performance team
