FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description :

Assist with preparation of the budget
Implement financial policies and procedures
Establish and maintain cash controls
Reconcile general ledger
Establish and maintain supplier accounts
Processes supplier invoices
Issue cheques for all accounts due
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Prepare income statements
Prepare balance sheets


Requirements :

Female, Maximum 30 years old
Education minimum Diploma in accounting, preferably from a reputable University
Minimum 4 years experience in same position is required
Excellent computer skills (especially in Ms. Office)
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Have a good analytical and leadership skill.
Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk
