LogiNext is amongst the fastest growing tech company, providing solutions to simplify and automate the ecosphere of logistics and supply chain management. Our aim is to organize the daunting process of logistics and supply chain planning, with an array of SaaS driven by the most robust enterprise solutions globally. We are planning to expand to Indonesia and need a talented and quick learner individual to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of all products.
- Answer basic corporate and navigation questions on behalf of the customer.
- Engage with customer to analyze current process and product utilization, creating Action Plans that result in increased product utilization.
- Execute proactive campaigns to increase utilization, announce new software products or version releases.
- Interact with Account Executives and other departments to deliver a consistent service experience.
- Assist internal teams with problem resolution, helping to be the bridge that communicate what the customer wants to the team.

Requirements :
- Male.
- Max. 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in business or information technology is preferred.
- Knowledge in API Integration is a plus.
- Have a strong communication skills
- Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.
- Quick Learner, we are a startup company so you will need to learn quickly about the product.
- Can work under pressure and achieving target within the deadline.
- Have your own vehicle.
- Willing to travel if needed.
