Requirements:

• Max 50 years old
  
• Expatriate Welcome
  
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, IT, advertising or a related field is required
  
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in same position
  
• Good English oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
  
• Good Strategic and leadership
  
• Willing to stay in BALI
  
• Person with high level of motivation skills
  
• Extremely good at multitasking
  
• Experience in SALES/MARKETING
  
• Sales goals achiever
  
• Highly organized
  
• Proven ability to operate within budget parameters
  
• Attention to detail, quality and brand standard
  
• The ability to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
  
• A strong and positive work ethic
  
• Strong financial understanding including the ability to provide explanation on budget variances
  
• Experience in brand management including effective use of yield management tools
  
• Competency in computer skills with Microsoft office application
