PT Bumi Wahana Karya is a startup company in Food & Beverages, we're looking for an experienced customer service team leader to build our customer service team. The office is located in Cideng Timur, Jakarta Pusat

Job description
Create customer service guidelines and procedures that suit to the company
Be in charge of running and managing the call center daily
Facilitate and organize training session for new customer support officer
Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
Keep up with trends and happening in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all the times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all the times
Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members
Be able to think outside the box
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to work individually and in team environment

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field
Min 2 years working experience as team leader
Good communication skill in English and Indonesian
