• Helping desk technicians provide prompt responses to questions from employees
• Troubleshooting, making diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software
• Documenting problems and conversations to create a log that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes

Job Description:
• Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements

IT Android Programmer (ITAP)
Job Description:
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and API’s
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing mobile applications within the Android OS for devices or tablets
• Strong knowledge and understanding of different Android platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript would be considered a plus

Job Description:
• Manage and monitor all installed system & infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

Job Description:
