Berlatarkan kota Berlin Barat pada tahun 1980-an, game ini mengharuskan kita untuk mengantarkan penumpang sesuai dengan rute-rute yang ada. Bus yang digunakan adalah bus-bus tingkat atau doubledecker yang di buat oleh MAN, tipe bus ini adalah MAN SD200 dan MAN SD202. Rute yang disediakan adalah 92 (sekarang M37) yang melewati Spandau Freudstr dan Heerstr Stadtgrenze (sekarang bernama Hahneberg).

Setelah download, ubah ekstensinya menjadi *.rar agar bisa di extract
abaikan nama filenya emoticon-Ngakak (S)

Usahakan Wiinrar agan versi terbaru agar bisa diextract

Setelah install
DOWNLOAD UPDATE PATCH 2.2 (disarankan untuk di download agar kompatibel pada banyak mod)

Setelah didownload, extract semua file ke folder direktori OMSI anda (misal c:\m-r-software\omsi)
Mainkan dengan cara membuka OMSI.exe yang tertera pada folder omsi atau buat shortcutnya di Desktop
