Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Excellent verbal and written English
Capable to manage social media and website enquiries
Positive attitude with good personality
Capable to communicate with Jakarta, Jogja and Australia team
Monitor production and shipping
Assist in production and order processing
Full-Time position(s) available. Working hour: Tuesday - Thursday work in the office, Monday and Friday work remotely from home.
Required skill(s): customer service, customer care, manage production, public relation, communication skill, Writing Skill.
Required language(s): Indonesia & English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ruko Elang Laut - Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
