NOC MONITORING & SUPPORT

- Experienced (min 3 years) in NOC Monitoring & Support
- Experienced in handling System Management and Alarms
- Familiar with Ticket issuing, logging and reporting
- Familiar with alerting and dispatching the Tech Support to trouble shoot the customers’ problems
- Familiar with Banking and Wireless Network technology terms
- Having a bachelor degree and fluent in English is a plus
