Housekeeping Coordinator (Office Tower)

Job Responsibilities:
•Support to manage infrastructure and utility maintenance in office building
•Ability to schedule tasks and make sure each team solid personnel and understand the SOP
•Executive Meeting daily with a high level of integrity and cleaness according to the building SOP
•All supervision of cleaning, pest control, garden, and building sanitation, control maintenance housekeeping facility is in a good condition
•Perform control in terms of managing cost/saving without reducing the quality of service
•Analysis of all form of complaints and appropriate action to provide a good solution
•Conduct regular internal meeting to evaluate the work and solving problem
Requirements:
•Age maximum 35 years old
•Candidate must posses at least a Senior High School any field
•At least 3 years experience specializing in Office Management/Office Service of Equivalent
•Excellent interpersonal skill and have experience of training staff to deliver an excellent service standard
•Having excellent knowledge of chemical for marble/granite treatment, analytical thinking of housekeeping problem/issues and give suitable solution, having excellent knowledge of equipment and housekeeping program, control and implementation improvement, having knowledge for cleaning SOP
•Good personality, good leadership, good communication
•Will placed at Menara Bank Danamon, Jakarta
