Job Description
-The responsibilities focus on coordinating, monitoring design work, as well as ensuring the quality of the design and construction.
-Problem solving for the duration of whole project as well as liaise with design consultants and government authorities.

Responsibility:
-Manage Project assigned in term of schedule and budget
-In-charged in design coordination, monitoring & documentation
-Ensure correctness & quality of works submitted by design consultants To check compliances with code requirements
-Attend design/coordination meetings with design team and contractors and follow up on tasks required
-Identify areas of work improvement & recommend to COO
-To assist COO in all technical matters & performance on projects
-To perform any other work related duties required from time to time

Requirement :
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Mechanical)
-5 to 10+ Years’ Experience in the related field, preferably with developers/consultants
-Member Indonesia Institute of Engineers
-Well versed in government submission procedures and building regulations in DKI Jakarta
-Having experience in High-rise building
-Fluent in English
-Previous experience working for property developers would be highly advantageous
-Able to work independently
-Fill-time position available

Working Hours : Regulars hours, Monday to Friday
