Facebook Goes Down For 5 Minutes 25 September 2015

Popular social media network Facebook went down for roughly 5 minutes on thursday.

The social networking platform became unavailable around 10:02pm and the outage persisted for at least 50 minutes.

Facebook users got the access back around 10:03pm.

During the interruption, the Facebook homepage and other pages showed a message: “Sorry, something went wrong. – We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.”

The last Facebook outage was on June 14 last year when a number of users were unable to login to their accounts for about 15 minutes.

Users from the United States and India also complained on Twitter that they were unable
