HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

with below requirements :

1. Male, max 30 years
2. 1 year minimum of experience as recruiter
3. Possess degree in relevant field.
4. Self-motivated, good drive, interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule.
6. Service oriented and self confident dealing with all level of employees
7. Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to meet goals.
8. A high level of motivation and energy.
9. Ability to manage a large and variable recruitment work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
10. Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in HR organization as a whole.
11. Ms. Office (minimum of MS Excel and MS Word)
12. Good administration and interview skills.
13. Good command in English capabilities, both speaking and written.
14. End to end recruitment knowledge and experience
15. Proficient organization and time management skills
