Alexander Rybak(lahir 13 Mei 1986; umur 28 tahun) adalah seorang penyanyi berkebangsaan Norwegia. Dia memenangkan Kontes Lagu Eurovision 2009 di Moskwa, Rusia dengan total poin 387 mewakili NORWEGIA. Dilahirkan di Minsk, Belarusia. Dia berkarier di dunia musik sejak tahun 1991.
