Original Posted By Class SelectionFlyer - Hover Blader
A flyer with hover blades is the most common kind of flyers, if not all robots that you will see. It allows rather comfortable controls and is very good for intercepting and bombing. However, there are a lot of cons for this kind of flyer, too.
![Robocraft Build, Drive, and Fight!

Pros:
1. Very comfortable controls. You do not have to learn to fly it or even balance it that much. It just works.
2. It does not need a hella load of thrusters to push it, in fact it can even live without them. This reduces the cost in CPU.
3. It can take almost any shape and will still be very comfy to control.
Cons:
1. As any robo, the cannons on this robo are only limited to some 180 degree range of rotation. This has the most impact on this robot. It cannot shoot fully up or down with its 100% force.
2. It flips. This is probably the biggest con. If flips SUPER easily, and the moment it flips it's a huge pain in the backbone to get it back in place. If you want to go fast and manueverably, choose aerofoils instead.
Now for the classes:
(BOMBER CLASS)
Bombers are any flyers that target mostly ground units and are either very slow or very fast, but never in the middle.
Usually bombers choose plasma guns as they have splash damage. Choosing many weak plasma guns instead of few big ones is wiser. Just a tip.
(INTERCEPTOR CLASS)
SMGs SMGs SMGs
Interceptors do not have to be very fast, but they certainly need to be manueverable. Interceptors survive best when either they are super small or super heavily armored. Both work pretty well.
They usually pick SMG's as many shots will probably be missed.
(SNIPER CLASS)
Kids, clear your red, teary eyes and deal with the railguns already.
Snipers get a very big railgun, very little armor, super fast engines, and shoot from a distance. Blade hoverers don't usually get to be snipers though, because of how easy it is to reach them.
Construction:
1. Armor. Hover bladers are the heavy kind of flyers, so sticking up heavy armor on the sides and bottom would be a pretty good idea.
2. Weaponry. Depends on the class.
3. Movement. Doesn't matter. Thrusters are optional since hover blades can usually deliver speed.

Original Posted By Class SelectionFlyer - Aerofoiled Plane
Aerofoils have always been underestimated, but actually they are a very good solution when you need the perfect flyer. It is very hard building AND flying a plane like that, but you get what you pay for.
![Robocraft Build, Drive, and Fight!

Pros:
1. Can go very high. A well-balanced aerofoiled plane can go so high that two-thirds of the enemies won't even bother shooting at one.
2. Never flips when you don't want it to flip. It gets stuck, yes, but flipping in it is so safe you can even do it in mid-air for fun.
3. Can go as fast as you want and won't even bother. (Refer to "Flyer - Hover Blader: Cons" to see why.)
Cons:
1. Hard to manuever. What turns other vehicles around the Z axis turns the plane around the Y axis. Good luck with that. (Turn some 45 degress and hold space, then get back in normal pitch. This is how hard it is to turn)
2. Gets stuck. Hover bladers get flipped. Aerofoilers get stuck. To prevent very stupid stucking scenarios, put wheels.
Now for the classes:

Aerofoiler bombers are most effective.
(INTERCEPTOR CLASS)
SMGs SMGs SMGs
Let's just admit it. Aerofoil-powered interceptors suck.
(SNIPER CLASS)
Aerofoilers are the best snipers known to the community of Robocraft. They can either go in mid-air or go on top of some crazy high towers and shoot from there. 2/3 of the players will just deal with it and make no attempts to take them down.
Construction:
1. Armor: Preferably lightweight. Armor is not important as the thing you need to cover are wings, which are impossible to cover up. If you lose even one wing, your plane will hardly fly.
2. Weapons: Depends on the class, but i recommend sticking weapons to the bottom of the plane.
3. Movement: Aerofoils don't move the plane forward like hover blades. Put thrusters. A LOT of thrusters.

Vehicle - Tank
A tank is the second thing the enemy confronts with fear. Tanks basically get closer to the enemy and serve mostly as cover for snipers and planes.
![Robocraft Build, Drive, and Fight!

Pros:
1. Swag.
2. Tanks are generally huge. This automatically means there's a lot of space for guns. BOOM BOOM BOOM.
3. Tanks usually get a huge reward as they face the most enemies.
Cons:
1. A tank's a tank. The armor costs are huge, and since you usually get blown up whole, you should expect an (un)expected surprise when you get back to the mothership.
2. Gets stuck a lot.
3. First target for snipers.
Construction:
1. Armor. Should be thick, especially on the front and top. The vehicle seat must be at the very back of the tank.
2. Weaponry. Plasma guns or SMGs. I prefer plasma because it can generally be used to snipe as well as take down enemies in CQB.
3. Movement. Your call.
Vehicle - Sniper
A sniper. Pretty self-explanatory, but here's the full deal. Snipers target both flyers AND tanks. They install railguns, have very weak armor, super fast engines, and prefer to hide or run when enemies come closer.

Pros:
1. A lot of RP and swag.
2. Little or no repair costs. After all, even if the enemies do blow you up, what are u gunna repair? Light armor?
Cons:
1. Watch out. Your biggest enemies are enemy snipers and bombers. They take you down easily.
2. Hatred. I wouldn't really give a nugget, but some people are easily ♥♥♥♥ed so...
3. You're useless at CQB.
Construction:
1. Armor. Armor is not important. Just stick some lightweights on top to defend yourself from railguns. Also don't use windshields as snipers will aim at them.
2. Weaponry. Railguns of course!
3. Movement. VERY FAST! If someone targets you from up close, run or hide. You're useless at CQB.
Vehicle - AA
AA means Anti-Aircraft. This means that any vehicle titled "AA" should have either a railgun or an SMG. AA vehicles are generally heavy, like tanks, and put armor on every side of them. They have the most armor and should at the same time be manueverable and fast. Any armor can be blown to pieces by a nice sweet plasma launcher or a railgun.

Pros:
1. Aircrafts can be more expensive than vehicles. This means more reward on shooting one down.
2. A pack of AAs and tanks has protection from both directions.
3. AAs are better in shooting down vehicles than tanks in shooting down aircrafts.
Cons:
1. Bombers.
2. Tanks.
Construction:
1. Armor. Armor should be strong and thick. Don't be afraid to make a gigantic block equipped with SMGs on top.
2. Weaponry. SMGs are good because of the aircrafts' speed. Many shots will miss. Railguns are also okay but they are not perfect if you intend to go somewhere alone.
3. Movement. Fast. Agile. Bombers will target AAs most of the time. A plasma shot up close is better than any railgun out there.

Satellite
Satellites are semi-static flyers. Their main mission is to stay very high above the ground, preferably over the base and snipe at any enemy they want. These flyers are a special target for aerofoilers and other snipers.

Pros:
1. Loads of kills.
2. Most players won't bother aiming at you.
3. Last guys to get killed in a pack.
Cons:
1. Other snipers.
2. Aerofoilers.
Construction: (Note: I've never used this flyer, so i can only guess what is good for it.)
1. Armor. Doesn't usually matter as you'll be the last to be killed anyway.
2. Weaponry. Railguns.
3. Movement. You do not need much lateral movement here, so helium tanks and vertical thrusters will do.
